Getting geared up for winter team fishing.

The team is healthy in numbers, and seems to still be growing steadily. Seems like every week i get a email from a new member. Last meeting I went over everything pertaining to the team, the tour, and expectations from everybody. Also letting everybody know to break out the winter fishing gear because we will not be taking any time off when there is snow on the ground.
